Bronco School of Management and Dongguan Institute Yat-sen University recently reached a cooperative relationship. Both parties leveraged their respective advantages and jointly launched a series of corporate management courses to empower corporate management talents to grow. The series of human resource management courses planned to start in August will invite outstanding teachers such as professors from the School of Business of Sun Yat-sen University, lecturers of the "Hundred Talents Program" of Sun Yat-sen University, and winners of Huawei's annual strategic planning gold award to help students improve their management level, accelerate organizational learning and development, and solve the difficulties and pain points of enterprise talent management. Curriculum design extends from the formulation of strategic goals, the integration of resources to the establishment of a talent mechanism, and the formation of a systemic synergy. From the level of awareness to the level of cognition and then to the level of problem solving, each senior manager has a comprehensive understanding and grasp of human resource management. The course helps senior managers to reshape their cognition, reposition, and obtain landing tools and effective methods shared by practical experts.
