In October 2023, Bronco Technology was officially designated by a leading international sports brand as the consulting service provider for its chemical management project (aka PPAP) in China and Vietnam. Bronco Technology provides a consulting service to its suppliers in these two countries for their chemical management project, which will span 6 months.

Bronco Technology conducted a training of “HSE Related Laws & Regulations Updates” for Nike’s Suppliers in China

On 10th May, 2023, Bronco Technology was invited again by Nike, a world-renowned sports brand, to provide a customized training on updates of HSE Laws & Regulations. This training was elaborated by Dr. Henky, Senior Trainer in Bronco Technology. He explained the HSE related laws and regulations which would take effected and be updated during 2020-2023 and had significant relationship to the factories in a simple way, helping them sort out the knowledge context of laws and regulations and realize the updating and iteration of knowledge.This training was focused on HSE related Laws & Regulations mainly on health, safety, environment and national standards, and each module contained a series of specific provisions. In the half-day training, Dr. Henky clarified the HSE laws and regulations for the brand and suppliers, and gained the high recognition and appreciation of the brand and suppliers, and once again achieved a win-win situation with the sponsor NIKE. Not only did Dr. Henky address the issue of laws and regulations for the attendees, but also save them time and effort to sort out updated knowledge and improve work efficiency. Meanwhile, the tacit interaction between the trainer and the participants contributed to the successful conclusion of this training.

On-going: A Review of the Junior CSR Auditor Training

April 24-28, 2023, Bronco team performs its consistent professionalism and efficiently carried out a 5-day offline junior corporate social responsibility auditor training, responding quickly to the request of a multinational branded manufacturing group. The training was delivered by experienced trainers Dr.Henky and Mrs Cathy. The practical content of the course and the professional explanation in class not only let the students fully grasp the knowledge points, but also it leads the trainees clearly know the basic quality and ability requirements as being the auditor. The whole training was an output of the pure knowledge, which fully achieved the training objective and exceeded the customer expectation. The training was witnessed and highly recognized by the customer management at the end.

Higg FEM (Facility Environment Module) Customized Training Had Been Rounded Off

On March 13-15, 2023, Bronco Technology organized a batch of customized Higg FEM training in Dongguan for three days, which aimed at the Chinese core suppliers of a well-known outdoor brand in Australia.The content of this FEM course includes but not limited to the background and project process, the interpretation and knowledge extension of each FEM module, the main concerns of verification, self-assessment and with some typical case studies of FEM. For three consecutive days, the useful knowledge from the approach how to register an account to the best practice in each module were shared by Dr. Henky, Senior Lecturer of Bronco, so that both the brand and their suppliers felt that the theoretical and practical nature of the course were integrated. It was the full interaction and lively discussions between the lecturer and the participants that impelled the course objectives to achieve: the attendants grasped the FEM relevant professional knowledge effectively, as well as acquired the practical skills of FEM self-assessment quickly.

On 14th February, 2023, Dr. Henky was invited by Nike, a world-renowned sports brand, to provide a customized training on chemical management for their suppliers, and it’s the third time for Dr. Henky being invited by Nike to be their trainer.Dr. Henky, Senior Trainer in Bronco, elaborated the training in the aspects of the status quo and research of chemical management, CMS (Chemical Management System) building and MRSL procedures. Useful templates of best practices were shared to the attendees by Dr. Henky after the training, as a gift for the Valentine’s Day.

On January 31, 2023, right after the Chinese Spring Festival holiday, Bronco was invited to deliver a specialized training themed on "Responsible Supply Chain" for Mead Johnson, a global well-known infant nutrition brand. Bronco Technology was invited by SweDeltaco AB to deliver the training for its supply chain Corporate Social Responsibility auditors

On October 10, 2022, Bronco Technology was invited by SweDeltaco AB, the Swedish electronics giant brand, to design and organize a special training on CSR auditors for its China sourcing office. This customized professional training consists of theoretical knowledge and on-site practice. The Bronco Technology trainers scientifically drew up a training plan based on the actual situation of Deltaco. Trainers started the training from the basic theory, combined with the electronic industry background, sharing practical cases, so that students have a strong sense of substitution. At the end of the course, all participants passed the professional examination and obtained the certificate of Corporate Social Responsibility Junior Auditor.

Bronco Technology was awarded the CSR “Mentorship” in Syntao Academy

On September 04, 2022, Mr. Henky of Bronco Technology, as one of the four invited paper reviewers, participated in the National Graduation and Award Ceremony of the CSR Excellence Program (Phase 7) held by the Syntao Academy. As a mentor of the academy, Henky has been mentoring and training the corporate social responsibility (CSR) of supply chain to students. Henky's excellent and professional courses were recognized by students and academy leaders alike. Henky, on behalf of Bronco Technology, finally stood out from dozens of mentors nationwide as one of the eight mentors to receive the "Mentorship" Award.

From July 19 to 20, 2022, Bronco Technology planned and organized a special training on Energy Auditing for Stella International Group, a leading footwear enterprise in Taiwan. The Very Group, a British brand, cooperates with Bronco School of Management to carry out supplier CSR training

On March 29 and March 31, 2021, TVG (The Very Group) and Bronco School of Management successfully completed the supplier CSR training courses in Dongguan and Shenzhen. In this training, Bronco School of Management taught TVG suppliers two major themes: "Eight Wastes" and "Energy Management", among which water management and greenhouse gas management are the key topics. In the classroom, the teacher used humorous language and the method of combining theory with cases, which won the resonance of the supplier and TVG, and the course effect was highly praised by the students. On December 15, 2020, Bronco School of Management was invited by Nike to share the SLCP project from the perspective of Verifier Body, at the Nike Supplier Learning Conference online.
